Unmetered parking is available on Ross St between 9.00am - 2.00pm, Parramatta Rd between 10.00am - 3.00pm (clear-ways after these times). Please read signs carefully as signs may vary.
On Saturdays: there is untimed parking in many areas of St Johns Rd & Ross St.

While we promote a relaxing environment and taking a timeout for self care, we do understand the reality of life, commitments and a busy schedule.
If you need to be out by a certain time please advise your stylist prior to your appointment or on arrival, so we can do our best to have you looking fabulous and out on time.
Length of services range from 1 hour for a blow dry, 1-2 hours for a hair cut.
For Colour & Keratin services please allow 3-4 hours hours.
Please note that times may vary depending on hair type
We encourage you to bring along 2-3 of your favourite hair goal images.
If you are booked for a colour service please wash your hair 1-2 days prior to your appointment, clean, dry hair is best for colour services.
If you are coming for a longer service you are welcome to bring snacks or order in.
If you are driving, please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.
Yes timetable permitting, ALMOR would appreciate as much notice as possible to best be able to accommodate special requests. Additional fees may apply.
Yes, a deposit is required for all bookings including:
A $50 non-refundable deposit for all haircut and blow -dry services
A $150 non-refundable deposit for all colour & combined services
This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice before your appointment. You will receive a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred.
If you no show your appointment 100% cancellation fee will be incurred.
Please phone the salon if you are running late so we can do our best to accommodate your service. Any later than 15 minutes may mean we need to amend your original booking or reschedule you.
